Babysitting Skills

Babysitting skills presented in co-operation with 4H 

For tweens in grades 5-8 This Babysitting class is designed to help middle school aged youth learn what it takes to be a responsible, caring, trustworthy, competent, capable, and safe babysitter. They will learn about the ages and stages of child growth and development, safety, food and nutrition, how to handle emergencies, appropriate activities to implement with children, and the business of babysitting.

Registration is required begins on May 15. You can register online or by stopping at the children and teens services desk.
