Planning to get yourself in shape or back on your feet to start the new year? Join Dr. Colin Gundling, a physical therapist and co-owner at Alliance Physical Therapy, as he shares different types of exercise and discusses the benefits of each. Dr. Gundling will offer examples of aerobic, anaerobic, and neuromuscular activities and how you can create a combination that will work for you!
