Academy Award winner Javier Bardem is the boss of an industrial scale manufacturer in a small Spanish town. One of his goals in life is too win all the awards for excellence that he can. Then next one in his line of sight is the Local Business Excellence award. He recently had to let go a few people due to lack of sales. One of those laid off, is giving Blanco a hard time. Will he be able to smooth over the situation, as he pulls out all the stops to resolve the problem?
