About the presenter: James Beidler has been Executive Director of the Genealogical Society of Pennsylvania on two occasions. For more than a quarter century, he’s written “Roots & Branches,” a weekly blog and newspaper column and has written four commercially published books on genealogy, including The Family Tree Historical Atlas of Germany and The Family Tree Historical Newspapers Guide. Beidler is also the family history columnist for German Life magazine, and has sat on the State Historic Records Advisory Board.
