FULL - Wellness Works: Exercising for Improving Bone Health and Preventing Osteoporosis
Samantha Howland, DPT as she discusses how exercise can be used to help improve or maintain bone density, for prevention of development of osteoporosis/osteopenia, and which types of exercises are most beneficial for bone health.
