Calling all Pokémon Trainers! We're challenging Trainers ages 6–13 to come and dive into the Pokémon world with us. Trade and show off your cards, tackle a fun Pokémon-themed activity, and test your skills with Pokémon games!

Do you enjoy true crime shows and podcasts? Are you interested in reading stories about murder, fraud, or mayhem?

Join us for Family Storytime! Come relax outdoors, and enjoy picture book stories perfect for children of all ages and their grown-ups. We’ll share stories, songs, and fun together in our beautiful garden space. 

No matter what type of book you enjoy reading, you'll love talking about our monthly selections with fellow novel enthusiasts. Grab a drink in the cafe and join us for our new evening fiction book club!

This month's selection:

Families with children of all ages are welcome to come on down to the library for building fun! Wooden blocks and Legos will be available for children to create whatever they can imagine. 

No registration required.

Teens ages 12-18 can join us for an hour of gaming! 

No registration is required.

If no more than one participant is in the room at 15 minutes past the program start time, the program will be cancelled.

Bring a snack or your lunch and settle in as we kick off a new story together. We’ll read the first chapter or two aloud, just enough to get you hooked! Come discover your next favorite book during this relaxing lunchtime program.

Mahjong is a tile-based game that was developed in the 19th century in China and has spread throughout the world since the early 20th century. Similar to the Western card game rummy, Mahjong is a game of skill, strategy, and luck.

Toddlers 12-35 months and a caregiver are invited to join us for drop-in block play.

Are you a middle schooler who enjoys creative writing? Would you like to meet other students with similar interests?

Are you a 4th-7th grader who enjoys creative writing? Would you like to meet other students with similar interests?

Working on a novel or just enjoy writing for fun? Want to spend a couple of hours focusing on your craft and working alongside fellow writers? Come write in with us every first Thursday at Northland! 

Whether you enjoy knitting, crocheting, cross-stitching, embroidery, or something in between, join us the first Friday of each month to work on your project while chatting with other crafters!
