Week Calendar

Next Chapter Book Clubs began in 2002 to provide meaningful opportunities for life-long learning, social connections, and community inclusion for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 

Children ages 3 to 5 and can come on down to the Library for a 30 minute storytime. 

For Toddlers, ages 12 months - 35 months with a caregiver. Join Ms. Abby for songs, rhymes, and library fun to build important pre-reading and social skills.

Mahjong is a tile-based game that was developed in the 19th century in China and has spread throughout the world since the early 20th century. Similar to the Western card game rummy, Mahjong is a game of skill, strategy, and luck.

From politicians to celebrities, come chat about the lives of some of our most interesting and influential individuals!

If no more than one participant is in the room at 15 minutes past the program start time, the program will be cancelled.

Come unwind at the library with Cocoa Club! Sip hot chocolate, listen to a great story, and enjoy a calm craft or coloring activity with friends. Feel free to bring your homework as well.

Whether you enjoy knitting, crocheting, cross-stitching, embroidery, or something in between, join us the Third Thursday each month to work on your project while chatting with other crafters!

NPLA Board Committee Meeting will have both virtual and in-person options. Registration is required for virtual attendance only. Members of the public wishing to attend in-person do not have to register.
