There is an impostor among us, and they're bringing down the ship!  Can you sus out who's sabotaging you and finish your tasks in time?

Participants in the Reading Dragons Program can join us at this meet up to show off their cards and play against each other! You can also use this time to create your own dragons or find new books to read. 

Tween and Teen ages 10-18 can come and create a craft. 

Registration is required and begins on May 15. You can register online or by stopping at the children and teens services desk.

Spread across the country but connected through private Facebook groups, over 30,000 mothers in America—many from conservative, Christian backgrounds—fully accept their LGBTQ+ children.

Putting pen or pencil to paper is the first step step in making the connection to how writing relates to literacy.

Calling all adventurers!  Teens ages 12-18 can join us for a oneshot Dungeons & Dragons adventure.  No experience is necessary!

The Northland Public Library Authority Board Meeting will have both virtual and in-person options.

Come meet some new friends and neighbors as we engage in informal chats on current events, local issues, or national headlines.

For families with children in preschool through 3rd grade Stories, songs, and action rhymes to get the wiggles out, with a simple art activity to round out the evening. 

Pajamas optional, but welcome! 

Come on Thursdays for some craft fun. Children ages 7 to 12 can come learn a new craft each week. 

This is a drop-in program, come in beginning at 10am. Program ends at 11:30am.

In an emergency, minutes matter. You never know when you might find yourself at the scene of an accident, cardiac arrest, overdose, or other crisis.

Join Norbert the Northland Owl to meet local children's book authors, hear them read their stories, and participate in crafts and activities that celebrate children's literature. 

No registration is needed for this drop in program.

Looking for a new book? Join us as we read the first chapter together. If you like the book, you can take it home with you and read the rest on your own! 

This program is for tweens and teens ages 9 and up.

If you enjoy reading and engaging in respectful discussions about primarily non-fiction books, then join us the fourth Saturday of each month for our Serious Readers discussion group.

Gotta catch 'em all! Pokemon Trainers ages 10-16 can join us for an hour of Pokemon fun. 

We'll have a different activity each month, and trainers are welcome to bring their own cards and games from home to show off and share. 

From current events to nature and science to interesting historical stories, join other nonfiction readers the first Tuesday of each month to discuss books on a wide variety of topics.
